I had windows installed throughout my house and almost everything went smoothly. The only complaint I have is there were glass shards left from the removal of the old windows. There were 10+ glass shards that were big enough to cut a foot on. They shatter the windows from the outside so they shatter inside the room. They cleaned up most of it that you could see but I still found some after they left that managed to make it across the room.

Jason from Window World of Monroe was outstanding. He came quickly to meet our deadline, took all the measurements, and worked around our schedule. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. What impressed us most was that he provided a detailed quote right on the spot without leaving, saving us a lot of time and making decisions much easier. He also walked us through all the financing options and how to maximize the benefits of installing new windows. Highly recommend Jason and Window World of Monroe for their professionalism and efficiency.
